As some people may or may not know, I have been in the wedding industry for over 26 years with various wedding bands in Ireland, I have performed for hundreds and hundreds of happy couples throughout this time and have had an amazing journey as a wedding expert.
On Monday night, me and my band Long Time Coming Wedding Band have won ‘Band of the year 2023’ in the most prestigious awards ceremony in Ireland hosted by weddingsonline.
To say I am beyond grateful is an understatement.. To my glorious wife Amanda for believing in me and allowing me to leave the house every weekend to pursue my ultimate passion I thank you, this award is as much yours as it is mine.
To my team, David, Sean, Carmel and Paddy.. and Sheena, the same crew I’ve had since 2017, it’s a testament to you guys that we have created a working environment that we can enjoy and continue to thrive for all our wedding couples.
Most importantly, to our couples, for the most important day of your lives you bestow the utmost faith in us to entertain your nearest and dearest, without you guys, every single one of you, this award and recognition would not be possible.
We are so incredibly grateful to have been recognised for all our hard work as a wedding band, our 2 main goals are for our couples to have an amazing wedding and to ensure full dance floors all night. Thankfully we get the opportunity to do that, and this award recognises that
